The Sub-Contractor Manager will oversee supplier contracts for a specific project. This role involves frequent engagement with Installation and Civil Works suppliers to ensure requirements are met according to technical, program, cost, and performance specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Installation and Civil Works Supplier Contract Coverage
  • Support Category Management with Project tendering activities
  • Manage Installation and Civil Works Supplier Contracts from placement to close out
  • Document and maintain contractual records
  • Manage Installation and Civil Works Supplier Claims and Disputes
  • Monitor and implement changes to Installation and Civil Works scope and cost implications
  • Lead ongoing performance review meetings with Installation and Civil Works suppliers
  • Ensure appropriate Supplier Relationship Management and Performance Management techniques are employed

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract management, or quantity surveying
  • Experience working in Deployment/Installation/Construction market
  • Procurement/Quantity Surveying/CIPS/RICS degree/affiliation
  • Financial management/program management/business or engineering-related degree
