Contract Management Professional

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to manage contracts and support the in-house legal team.
The Role- Contract management involves recording and verifying information, reviewing commercial contract clauses, and prioritizing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Additionally, drafting correspondence and documents, as well as conducting research and coordinating record requests are key responsibilities.
- A strong educational background in law, preferably in the second or third year of study.
- Exceptional analytical skills, rapid learning ability, and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Proficiency in utilizing SAP, CRM, SharePoint, and ticketing systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with corporations law, commercial law, intellectual property, privacy, competition, and consumer law is also essential.
Working full-time office hours, with opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
