This Senior Business Analyst role is responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and developing high-level business cases to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Commerce, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Solid experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on process improvement and business case development.
  • Strong stakeholder/business engagement skills and excellent relationship management at all levels of the organisation, from senior management to field services.
  • Proven track record of delivering business analysis activities for complex projects or programs in a mid-to-large organisation, with experience in the energy or related domains is highly preferred.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role working from our Greystanes depot 80% of the time, with the rest being remote work.
