You'll be an effective communicator, skilled at building relationships with local employers, sourcing job opportunities for our clients, and placing them into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will possess experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges, and a happy disposition when liaising with multiple stakeholders. They'll also be confident working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in lasting employment for our clients and employers.

  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Providing exceptional service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
Attributes and Experience:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles;
  • Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple stakeholders;
  • Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • Desire to be part of a dynamic team that supports people in achieving their goals; and
  • Hold a current Driver's License.
  • No prior employment services experience necessary.
