About this role

As a Small Business Collector, you will be responsible for negotiating payments from customers with delinquent accounts, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication with various departments. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in debt collection or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets
  • Strong planning and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
