Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Trials Project Lead to oversee the successful management and execution of clinical trials. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams, executing project deliverables from initiation through to close out, and working closely with internal and external parties.

Duties:

  • Direct drug development plans, conduct trial feasibility and site selection, and oversee trial start-up activities including budget negotiation and forecasting.
  • Facilitate conduction of recruitment activities, liaise with vendors, and lead teams of CRAs and review monitoring reports.
  • Manage recruitment and monitoring phases of trials, and conduct team meetings as necessary.
  • Oversee key CTMS systems in compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to audit preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, preferably in life science, or equivalent qualification is required. 4-6 years' experience in clinical research, project management experience, and a minimum of 2 years CRA experience are also necessary.
