Risk and Compliance Specialist NSW Child Safe Standards

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team in NSW. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the organization meets all Child Safety Standards.

Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Compliance Strategies: Design, implement, and maintain effective compliance strategies to ensure adherence to NSW Child Safe standards across the organization.
- Audit and Assurance: Lead and present audit evidence to ensure regulatory compliance for audits of residential care services.
- Compliance Training and Support: Train staff on compliance requirements and provide guidance on recognizing key indicators of standards and legislation.
- Accommodation Site Audits: Conduct regular audits of accommodation sites to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Regulatory Change Management: Stay up-to-date with any regulatory changes and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
