About the Role

The Enterprise Solutions Coordinator will be responsible for managing client requests, ensuring Service Level Agreement commitments are met, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the USA-based Customer Success Manager to meet and exceed Project Goals for clients primarily in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Ensure that Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments to clients are met, requiring exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project streams simultaneously.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to gather client requirements, contribute to the development of client training materials, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of ACE, ACE Essentials, and Audit Utopia features.
  • Collaborate with the implementation engineers to oversee the successful execution of client projects, from start to finish.
  • Manage estimates, timelines, and documentation for client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS customer implementation, service and support, and/or project management.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work productively across various time zones.
  • Project management experience and certifications such as PMP or CAPM are preferred.
What We Offer

PSC Biotech Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company culture values teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
