Expert Obstetric Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Obstetrician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a medical professional who has expertise in providing high-quality obstetric care.
">Job Description:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical care of women at our hospital, including participating in emergency on-call services and supervising junior medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality outpatient and in-patient obstetric clinical services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including guideline review
- Supervise and train registrars and resident medical officers
- Teach medical students and other healthcare trainees
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in commonly performed procedures required in Obstetrics
- Ability to provide supervision for junior medical staff directly involved in the care of women and babies within the service
- Demonstrated ability in management and leadership
- Demonstrated quality improvement research skills
- Knowledge of women's health issues in relation to the target population of RWH
- A commitment to promoting and cultivating a psychologically and culturally safe environment at all times
