Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Total Tools. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a well-presented store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and ensuring a well-presented display.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including tools and equipment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of tools and equipment, including trade quality brands.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
