Administration Officer, Urgent Care Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our Urgent Care Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative support to the Urgent Care Team, ensuring the efficient operation of the service.

  • This includes providing general administrative assistance, maintaining records, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.

In addition to administrative duties, the Administration Officer will also provide clerical support to the Urgent Care Leadership Team, assisting with tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
