About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Liability division, you will play a critical role in resolving insurance claims and providing exceptional service to our clients.

As a Senior Liability Loss Adjuster, your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of claims from first advice to settlement, conducting on-site and desktop assessments, and communicating clearly with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for determining the nature and extent of loss or damage, calculating reserves, and documenting all decisions made.

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum 4 years of insurance loss adjusting experience or AQF Certificate IV. Relevant industry qualifications, such as ANZIIF or AICLA, are highly desirable. Additionally, you must have knowledge and understanding of claims regulations and legislations, as well as experience working within the insurance industry on domestic and commercial losses.
