Investment Banking Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Analyst to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney. This is an exceptional opportunity for professionals looking to grow their career in the finance sector.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide qualitative and quantitative support for advisory transactions, including project finance advisory, greenfield projects development, acquisitions, divestments, and other ad-hoc projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop complex financial models for acquisition, divestment, bid development, and capital raising activities.
- Review and develop commercial contracts.
- Undertake various workstreams associated with infrastructure transactions.
Required Skills & Experience:
You should be a strong communicator with attention to detail and a curious mind. Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels, managing multiple parties to influence positive outcomes.
Prior experience in developing complex financial models for capital-intensive brown and greenfield projects is essential. You should also have a desire to broaden your skillset and take on new challenges.
