Job Title: Field Manager NSW Metro South

Oversee and supervise field-based operations teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of activities in the field for our workforce.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver maintenance and customer activation services on the nbn network across Southern Sydney suburbs.
  • Supervise technicians to ensure they have appropriate tools, testing equipment and materials to complete tasks.
  • Assist field technicians and provide coaching to improve performance, quality and end user customer experience.
  • Liaise with Area Manager & field workforce to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working on nbn technologies at multiple sites with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in contracting and managing a contractor workforce.
  • Knowledge of FTTX or HFC activation and assurance activities.
  • NNSW Valid Drivers Licence.
  • Will to travel and work away from home.
