Career Transition Specialist

The Transition to Work Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the success of students transitioning beyond college.
This position involves collaborating with local businesses and stakeholders to promote the ASBA & WEX Program for Year 11 and 12 students at Erindale College, securing opportunities that foster growth and development.
Key responsibilities include marketing the program, building relationships with industry partners, and facilitating student placements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Mandatory: Current registration under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required prior to commencement.
- Desirable: First Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake appropriate training. Certificate IV or equivalent e.g. Career Development, Training and Assessment or willingness to undertake appropriate training.
