Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team in an end-to-end role where they can have measurable impact. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing complete user experiences from initial concept through to implementation, working closely with another designer and collaborating directly with customer-facing stakeholders.

This is a senior PD role; however we're also open to see Mid levels looking to step up. As a member of the product design team, you'll contribute to product strategy through hands-on design work and objective UX research.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing complete user experiences from initial concept through to implementation
  • Strong UI design skills with expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, able to create pixel-perfect interfaces and comprehensive design systems
  • Collaborating directly with leadership and the Customer Support team to understand user behaviour and their user needs
  • Contributing to product strategy through hands-on design work and objective UX research
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of product design experience in fast-paced or startup environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and user-centred thinking
  • Experience working directly with technical teams and translating complex requirements
  • Understanding of frontend development constraints and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS)
  • Experience in Gaming or Crypto product design
  • Hybrid, outcome-focused working environment with flexible arrangements
