Service Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team based on Thursday Island, servicing the Torres Strait Islands.

This unique role offers an opportunity to work in a diverse environment where every day presents a new challenge. As an electrician with our team, you will fly to work on helicopters to service surrounding islands and collaborate with colleagues.

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

• A valid Electrical Licence or the ability to obtain one if relocating from another state
• A current CPR/LVR Certificate
• An Open Drivers Licence
• Experience with Tradify is advantageous
• Senior roles require experience managing staff and scheduling jobs

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Quoting and invoicing
• Stock ordering
• Emergency work may be required on weekends
• A supportive team environment

We offer a company vehicle with fuel for use and accommodation and meals when working 20nm away from Thursday Island.
