Role Overview

Our organization is dedicated to advancing veterinary medicine through innovative technology and services. We seek an experienced product manager for our cloud-based Practice Information Management System.

This position requires strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and a customer-centric approach. The successful candidate will collaborate with UX designers, QA, and engineers to identify problems worth solving and deliver market-leading veterinary-tech products.

The Product Manager will:

  • Advocate for veterinary staff needs and facilitate cross-functional discussions aligned with our product strategy and vision.
  • Incorporate market and customer insights into product development and decision-making processes.
  • Assist with sprint and feature work by defining feature scope through analysis and insights, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring internal teams are across updates.
  • Support knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

About You

To succeed, you will have;

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working within a collaborative team environment and a strong understanding of product discovery and delivery.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering customer-centric products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with comfort using data to support decisions.
