Senior Speech Pathologist Role

Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to deliver holistic and client-centered services, empowering individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. We are seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team of Allied Health Professionals.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist who can demonstrate unwavering determination and pursue excellence in their field.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech pathology services to our paediatric clients, as well as mentoring and supporting junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech pathology plans for each client
  • Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring
  • Mentor and support junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality services
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and develop treatment plans
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (Speech Pathology) or approved equivalent
  • Full SPA registration (or eligible)
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to their own car
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Current or willing to obtain; NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
