Key Responsibilities
- Own and Elevate Visual Identity: Develop and implement a world-class visual style guide that showcases the brand's personality and values.
- Codify and Protect the Brand: Define rules, systems, and assets that make the brand instantly recognizable and consistent across all touchpoints.
- Design Across All Mediums: Create visually stunning graphics, ads, websites, flyers, and print collateral that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Shape Digital Experiences: Develop UI/UX concepts, Figma wireframes, and direction for new web apps and platforms that deliver seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with marketing, operations, sales, academics, and leadership teams to deliver visuals that inspire and convert.
- Deliver Premium Marketing Collateral: Develop campaigns, events, and branded content that feel polished and iconic, and align with the brand's overall strategy.
- Be the Brand Guardian: Review and approve outputs to ensure consistency, excellence, and alignment with the brand's vision.
- Innovate and Inspire: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, bring fresh ideas, and translate them into bold, distinctive designs that set the brand apart.
- Mentor and Guide: Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, and help build a strong design function that drives business results.
Requirements
- 5+ Years in Graphic, Brand, or Visual Design: With a portfolio showcasing world-class work across digital, print, and marketing.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma: Ability to design everything from social posts to websites and collateral with ease.
- Proven Experience Building or Elevating a Company's Visual Identity: Style guide, brand systems, and more – with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Comfort with High-Level UI/UX Concepts: Wireframing and shaping intuitive experiences that delight users.
- Collaborative Approach: Partners seamlessly with leaders across teams while upholding brand standards and delivering results.
- Precision, Creativity, and Confidence: To push boundaries and set the standard for visual design.
- Ownership Mentality and Strong Communication: Able to clearly explain and defend design choices, and drive projects forward with enthusiasm.
