E4 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a large residential aged care facility.

About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires strong leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Facility Manager in residential aged care, with qualifications in Business Management or similar being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the facility, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and support a diverse team, fostering a positive and effective work environment.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and care teams to ensure the physical environment supports quality care and services for residents.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in accreditation, compliance, and standards.
  • Nurturing management style with a positive outlook.

Salary Package:

The salary for this role is $145,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, access to NFP benefits, including salary packaging options, can significantly enhance your take-home pay.
