Job Title: Support Worker

This role involves providing person-centered care and support to customers in their homes, assisting with daily living and lifestyle requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Personal Care: showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
  2. Domestic Assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  3. Social Support/Transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, traveling to medical appointments
  4. Supporting Customers with Complex Needs
  5. Monitoring Customer Well-being and Reporting Progress
Requirements:
  • Completed a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services
  • Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • NSW Driver's License and Comprehensive Car Insurance
