Home Care Assistant

We're seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Care Assistants.

As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personal care, medication assistance, and daily living support to our clients. You will also transport them to appointments or community activities and build supportive, respectful relationships with clients and their families.

Our ideal candidate has a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or similar (preferred) and experience in disability, aged care, or community work. They also have a valid driver's licence and willingness to obtain First Aid / CPR.

About the Role
  • Personal care: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Medication assistance: assist clients with taking their medications
  • Daily living support: assist with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Transportation: drive clients to appointments or community activities

Required Skills and Qualifications
