About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Lead East to join our team at UGL Pty Limited. As a key contact within our portfolio, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance program for the ATOM Fuel Terminals on the East coast, based from either Brisbane or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting, delivery, and reporting of the overall program of work
  • Seeking opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Client interface management, ensuring open and transparent communication with terminal managers
About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • 8+ years' industry experience in maintenance and/or project implementation and commissioning for major resources sites within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical industries
  • Knowledge and exposure to mechanical equipment, including pumps, piping, valves, and hydrocarbon storage tanks
  • Safety-focused, respecting UGL values and client goals and expectations
  • Experienced in implementing maintenance and inspection programs across multiple sites
  • Proven experience in leading a team across multiple sites and managing subcontractors
  • Operating site experience desirable, with strong process safety focus a must
