Senior Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Professional to spearhead our litigation and dispute resolution efforts. As a key member of our team, you will work on diverse and challenging matters, hone your advocacy skills, and grow your career within a forward-thinking, supportive environment.
As the lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to existing clients while developing a new portfolio. You will report directly to the Principal Director and have an experienced team to support and mentor you.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of post-admission experience in Litigation/Dispute Resolution, strong interpersonal skills, and experience working with SMEs. Exposure to Office 365, Clio, NetDocuments or similar software is also required.
About the Role:- Represent clients in a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Appear in Local, Supreme, and Federal Courts for hearings, applications, and mediations.
- Oversee junior lawyers, guiding them through all stages of case preparation and resolution.
- Provide tailored legal solutions to meet clients' unique needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, barristers, and stakeholders.
- Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
