The Role

As a Product Designer, you'll take ownership of features and projects that shape our products. You'll move fluidly from discovery to delivery, turning problems into thoughtful, user-centred solutions that deliver customer and business impact.

  • You'll own the end-to-end design of features and projects, from research and concept through to production-ready delivery.
  • You'll contribute to key product metrics by designing holistic solutions that balance user needs with business outcomes.
  • You'll use research, data, and insights to make designs defensible and impactful.
This Person is Someone with

You're a product designer who's confident in your craft and ready to take on bigger challenges. You have proven experience in product design, covering research, discovery, prototyping, and delivery. You're fluent in UX processes and have strong skills in interaction and visual design.

  • You have experience designing for digital products, with exposure to complex systems a plus.
  • You have a research and data-informed mindset, using insights to guide and validate your design decisions.
  • You're a strong collaborator, able to work independently while contributing as part of a cross-functional team.
  • You have clear communication and storytelling abilities, adapting your style to different audiences.
