Job Title: Skill Development Facilitator

This role presents an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of training and coaching programs. As a Skill Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for creating and updating knowledge resources that align with best practices.

About the Role

The successful candidate will design and deliver on-the-job training sessions aligned with established frameworks. They will also identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to address these gaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs in line with industry standards
  • Create and update knowledge resources that reflect best practices
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives

This is a 12-month maximum-term opportunity based in Brisbane. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, possesses strong time management skills, and can effectively manage multiple tasks to achieve goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in delivering training and coaching programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to maintain productive working relationships
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Able to maintain high performance and quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret relevant legislation and policies
  • Strong computer literacy and experience in using collaborative platforms
