Education Director Hobart

At ClearCompany, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Director for our Education & Care Division in Hobart.

This is an exciting leadership position to make a significant impact within a well-established, not-for-profit community-based organization dedicated to delivering high-quality education and care services for children from birth to 12 years of age.

The role is a statewide, permanent full-time position located in Hobart, with regular travel across the state.

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading 40 early learning and outside school hours care services as well as a leadership team driving high-quality pedagogy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving the direction of services and programs to ensure that children are happy, safe, healthy, and develop a love of learning.

The role requires experience as an Approved Provider or Person with Control and Management, as well as leading and managing large teams.

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education and care (or equivalent)
• Relevant registrations relating to working with children along with a current driver's licence
