Cyber Security Governance Risk Compliance Specialist

This role will shape Governance Frameworks, lead risk assessments, manage compliance initiatives, and ensure continuous improvement in our security posture. Key responsibilities include:
- Governance - Developing and managing security frameworks, policies, and training
- Risk Management - Leading enterprise-wide risk assessments, threat modelling, and remediation strategies
- Compliance - Ensuring compliance, leading audits, and staying ahead of regulatory changes
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in cyber security GRC, deep knowledge of standards and regulations, and excellent communication skills.
You will enjoy a purpose-driven role influencing cyber strategy at scale, promoting best practices, and benefiting from hybrid working arrangements that support work-life balance (three days in office).
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
