Financial Strategist

This role is pivotal in delivering financial insights and supporting informed decision-making.

  • Oversee strategic financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to drive business objectives forward.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals and manage project financials with precision.
  • Provide key insights to stakeholders and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project financials, including sales and cost accruals, unbilled transactions, and accrued income with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to drive timely and accurate monthly project closures.
  • Develop cash flow planning and liquidity reporting to ensure timely vendor payments, payroll, and tax obligations across regions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Hold a degree in Accounting with relevant certifications (e.g. CPA/CA).
  • Gain 7-10 years of core accounting experience, including at least 5 years in Strategic Finance.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Oil & Gas project finance exposure.
