Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our marketing team in a Group Marketing Assistant role.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding all brand activity.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaign materials and providing support for clinic campaigns.
  • Ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed in line with established brand guidelines and comply with legal requirements.
  • Leading the communication efforts for the Laser Clinics network of Franchisees and Clinic Managers on behalf of the marketing team.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date communication calendar with campaign activities.
  • Supporting the development and distribution of global marketing assets.
  • Providing timely and accurate reporting on all initiatives and key priorities.
  • Tracking competitor activity and pricing, and sharing weekly updates.
  • Working closely with the finance team to process marketing invoices and monitor spending against budgets.
  • Building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
