About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to join our ANZ Agency team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at the intersection of media, marketing, data, and technology — and who believes the future of marketing is personalized, privacy-safe, AI-driven, and results-focused.

As an Agency Solutions Manager, you'll work closely with agency partners to help them get the most out of our products. You'll use data-driven insights to inform strategies, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support agency partners & team directors across multiple accounts
  • Manage and resolve agency support issues, escalating where needed
  • Deliver product updates, insights, and competitor analysis
  • Pull and present performance reports to drive recommendations
  • Provide data analysis to optimize campaigns against client objectives
  • Support agency events from planning to execution
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in media agency or performance marketing
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proven analytical skills to optimize campaigns and strategies
  • Deep understanding of the Australian agency landscape
  • Experience working with or for agencies
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with Meta ad products is a plus
