Early Learning Program Manager

As a key member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving the educational program at our early learning centre.
About The RoleYou will leverage your extensive experience in curriculum development to provide exceptional support and mentorship to educators across rooms, utilising influential leadership to extend practice and pedagogy. Your responsibilities include:
- Motivating and leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality care for all children within the service.
- Maintaining a clear understanding of digital documentation systems and ensuring children's learning is recorded in a high-quality and professional manner.
- Collaborating with the team to embed best practices consistently across the service.
You bring the ability to create environments that foster growth and creativity, along with experience providing excellent support and mentorship to educators to succeed in this role. Key requirements include:
- Bachelor or Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Passion for supporting children's development and safety.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement a quality education program.
