About the Role

Our organization is seeking a diligent team member to fill this position in our Sydney Head Office.

The main responsibilities of this role include selecting, packing, and dispatching stock orders to retail stores across Australia and New Zealand.

You will also provide internal retail support, ensuring that our stores have all the necessary items – from eyewear stock to marketing materials – to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Select and pack stock orders for retail stores and head office departments
  • Prepare and dispatch promotional, marketing, and visual merchandising materials
  • Process incoming deliveries and check goods against invoices
  • Maintain stock accuracy through regular counts and organization of storage areas
  • Liaise with retail, operations, marketing, and IT teams to fulfill urgent store requests
  • Ensure all orders are packed accurately, securely, and meet daily deadlines
  • Keep warehouse and stock areas clean and well-organized

About You

We are looking for someone with previous select, pack or warehouse experience. Key skills include:

  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Reliability, punctuality, and organization with good time-management skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical capability of lifting and moving stock (within safe limits)
