Geotechnical Leadership Role

We seek a highly experienced geotechnical professional to lead our engineering consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial and technical strategies for a profitable geotechnical business.
  • Deliver project management services for geotechnical design projects in QLD, working with government departments and clients.
  • Develop local capabilities in geotechnical engineering consultancy and contribute to multidisciplinary projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals and develop global skills networks.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering or a related field.
  • Eligibility for registration as a RPEQ in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical) or similar.
  • Substantial knowledge of the local marketplace, including critical issues and a strong client network.
