Job Description

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will oversee the management and coordination of building services subcontractors to ensure seamless integration, compliance with design specifications, cost control, and successful system commissioning.

  • Manage trade coordination
  • Ensure specification and drawing compliance
  • Detail and resolve interfaces between trades
  • Identify and schedule long lead items
  • Forecast service costs
  • Plan and program works with Fitout teams
  • Solve problems onsite as needed
  • Attend design consultant meetings and chair workshop meetings
  • Liaise with contract administration for tender evaluation
  • Contribute to program construction sequencing
  • Arrange documentation for energising/de-energising
  • Manage temporary services provision
  • Commission systems in coordination with project teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical or mechanical disciplines, a relevant degree (Masters or Undergraduate), or a trade background with multidisciplinary services management experience.

They must possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
