Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
  • Degree-level qualification in midwifery or a related field
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Experience working in continuity models of midwifery care
  • Ability to practice waterbirth and water-immersion techniques
  • Skills in procedures such as ARM, FSE attachment, IV cannulation, speculum and cervidil insertion, perineal suturing
