We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Support Assistant.

  • Create a supportive environment that respects the dignity and autonomy of each individual.
  • Foster community integration through participation in recreational and social activities.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other support workers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports on individual progress.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in disability support or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrate compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing needs and schedules.
