Family Clinician Role
We are seeking a Family Clinician to join our team in providing family-focused interventions. In this specialist leadership role, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering the FAST Track Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to staff and students, facilitating complex case management and fostering a collaborative approach.
- FAST Clinic Model Development: Lead the development and implementation of the FAST clinic model, ensuring timely access to care and delivery of high-quality interventions.
- Assertive Services: Deliver assertive, youth and family-friendly services, including assessments, brief interventions, outreach, and care coordination, aligned with the Family Inclusive Practice (FIP) model.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and key stakeholders, promoting family-inclusive practice and effective integration with local health and welfare services.
Our ideal candidate will have established expertise in youth mental health, family support, AOD, or community health services, with strong skills in family-inclusive interventions. They will also have clinical experience in assessment, care planning, crisis intervention, brief treatment, and working collaboratively with families/carers.
