About the Role:

We're seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our Womenswear team as a Buying Administrator on a 3-month contract.

As a key member of the Buying department, you will be responsible for supporting the operational efficiency and functionality of the team. This includes all aspects of administration to ensure that purchase orders are executed with precision and accuracy.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional support to the Buying team, and maintaining accurate records. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills in data analysis and problem-solving, contributing to the growth and success of our business.

To excel in this role, you'll need strong organisational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication abilities. If you're passionate about working in a dynamic environment and driving results-oriented outcomes, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A degree in Fashion, Textiles, or Production is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in retail or a fast-paced industry will be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in data reporting and analysis will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills are crucial for success.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude is a must.
