About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced software engineering leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver success through empowerment and accountability, modeling organizational values and coaching for success.
  • Support software engineers to continuously learn, improve skills, and grow their careers.
  • Provide and receive honest feedback, fostering open communication and advocating for the team.
  • Remove obstacles, unlock potential, and improve performance by guiding partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Drive project plans, release plans, and work items in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Lead an effective team culture built on trust, collaboration, and inclusivity.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of people management experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting, hiring, coaching, and defining growth paths for engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, considering others' ideas, implementing new methods, resolving disagreements, and empathizing with users.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in software development in enterprise or high-compliance fields.
  • Experience with cross-functional product teams.
Security Clearance:
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements, including background checks.
