We are seeking an experienced Fire Service Technician to join our team in South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

\

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary with overtime and profit share opportunities, along with fully maintained company vehicle or car allowance.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Servicing fire equipment on customer premises, recommending and selling fire protection equipment and services to comply with Australian Standards and Building Codes.\
  • Identifying, repairing & installing fire protection equipment to specific Australian Standards.\
  • Completing and providing evidence of maintenance performed on equipment using industry documentation.\
  • Organising and arranging job schedule for efficient travel and suitable times for clients.\
  • Liaising with clients.\
  • Organising cost effective materials and equipment for jobs with efficient delivery and pick-ups.\
  • Supervising and assisting other trades with installation, testing and rectification works.\
\Requirements:\

  • Occupational QBCC Licences: 1. Fire Protection - Electrical Stream - Inspect and Test - Emergency Lighting. 2. Fire Protection - Portables Stream - Install and Maintain\
  • A minimum of 5 years fire industry experience.\
  • Honesty and ability to work unsupervised.\
  • Exceptional service delivery for high profile clients/contracts.\
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload and meet deadlines and targets.\
  • Compliance to required industry standards.\
