Delivering Compassionate Care in Aged Residences

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our team at Port Pirie Residential Care Homes.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, supporting our Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers, and contributing to the overall well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, family members, and other stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive work environment and support staff development
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing qualification
  • A current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 6-12 months of work experience in aged care (preferably)
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain
