Job Title:Corporate LawyerJob Description:

The role of a Corporate Lawyer involves providing legal advice and representation to corporate clients. This may include drafting and negotiating contracts, reviewing and advising on mergers and acquisitions, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing legal advice to corporate clients on various matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and corporate governance.
  • Reviewing and advising on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions and fundraising activities.
  • Representing clients in court, either through litigation or arbitration proceedings.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years' PQE in corporate law.
  • Solid understanding of formal appointments and securities enforcement.
  • Experience advising financial institutions or external controllers.
