Our client specializes in providing transformative care with a patient-first approach, focusing on chronic pain, mental health, and sleep disorders.
The Role
As a Digital Health Professional, you will be responsible for conducting in-person consultations, developing and managing medical cannabis treatment plans, maintaining detailed clinical documentation, creating a positive environment for patients, and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the medical cannabis space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person consultations to address chronic conditions
- Develop and manage medical cannabis treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Create a supportive environment for patients
- Stay informed about advancements in medical cannabis treatment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- AHPRA Registration – Unrestricted
- Medicare Provider Number
- Experience – At least 2 years as a General Practitioner; willingness to become an Authorised Prescriber
