As a Star Pharmacy Group Pharmacist, you will be a vital healthcare resource for our community, providing comprehensive medication management, expert consultations, and specialized services. About You
We are seeking a healthcare advocate who possesses:
- A Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current Working with Children Clearance
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR registrations
- Current Vaccination registrations
- Full-time availability
Responsibilities
Your role will encompass:
- Comprehensive Medication Management: Ensuring precise dispensing and strict compliance with Pharmacy Board and HIC regulations, while actively managing medication therapy for patients to optimize their health outcomes.
- Expert Consultations: Providing expert advice and counseling to patients, collaborating with medical professionals to enhance patient care.
- Specialized Services: Maintaining scripts, managing medication management packs, and expanding your scope of practice with specialized services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
- Community Engagement: Engaging with our community by hosting wellness events, workshops, and support groups, further solidifying our pharmacy as a trusted healthcare destination.
- Proactive Leadership: Leading by example, providing proactive and inclusive leadership to store employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Supervision: Front of shop and dispensary supervision, ensuring staff is organized, rostered, delegated to, incentivized, and supervised to maximize service.
