Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Gambier City Pharmacy. As a Pharmacist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing comprehensive medication management and expert consultations to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Medication Management: Ensure precise dispensing and strict compliance with Pharmacy Board and HIC regulations, while actively managing medication therapy for patients to optimize their health outcomes.
  • Expert Consultations: Provide expert advice and counseling to patients, collaborating with medical professionals to enhance patient care.
  • Specialized Services: Maintain scripts and manage medication management packs, while expanding your scope of practice with specialized services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our community by hosting wellness events, workshops, and support groups, further solidifying our pharmacy as a trusted healthcare destination.
  • Proactive Leadership: Lead by example, providing proactive and inclusive leadership to store employees while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Current National Police Check or willing to obtain one
  • Current Working with Children Clearance
  • Up to date First Aid and CPR Registrations
  • Current Vaccination registrations
  • Full time availability
