Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Systems Strategist to lead our Finance Systems team in executing strategic finance systems transformation.

  • Lead the execution of finance systems strategies and roadmaps, focusing on simplifying processes and enhancing system capabilities.
  • Oversee ERP platform operations and upgrades, ensuring the platform remains 'evergreen' and scalable for future needs.
  • Build strong relationships with finance and business unit stakeholders, delivering system enhancements and strategic solutions aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Leverage ERP and EPM capabilities to improve management reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance systems specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

This role requires a collaborative mindset, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving operational efficiency.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is £85,000 - £105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in finance systems management and ERP platforms (namely PeopleSoft).
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams and delivering cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in strategic data initiatives, governance, and system integrations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving operational efficiency.
