Earthworks Project Coordinator Role

This position involves coordinating small to medium-sized teams of plant operators and operating plant machinery to assist with the construction of a new factory.

The location is Mount Gambier, South Australia. This is a full-time role with potential for overtime and career growth on a long-term project.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily operations of team members and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Operate various types of plant machinery as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience operating multiple earthmoving machines with relevant certifications (if applicable) and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and manage small to medium-sized teams.
  • Awareness of civil works processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).
  • Current driving license and own transport; HC (Unrestricted) License is an advantage.
  • Physically fit to undertake manual tasks.
