The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure operational excellence, team development, and alignment with our mission and strategic goals.

The successful candidate must hold permanent residency or citizenship with full working rights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership across all departments.
  • Oversee department heads to ensure smooth operations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our values.
  • Ensure all services meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations.
  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop budgets in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, staff, stakeholders, and funding bodies.
  • Report to the Board on key performance indicators, risks, and strategic objectives.

Proven experience in senior leadership is essential for this position. A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience is required. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. Exceptional people management and team leadership skills. Strategic thinker with a solutions-focused approach. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
